We have structured our fees to accommodate the specific needs of private equity clients. Like our clients, we prefer that the majority of our compensation be associated with deal milestones and investment success. We also recognize the imperative to associate our clients’ expenses with completed deals as much as possible.
Preferred Clients pay a monthly retainer which can be netted against hiring and deal success fees, oftentimes resulting in low or no net retained expense to our clients at the fund level. In exchange for our monthly retainer, Preferred Clients enjoy the attention and responsiveness that allows them to bring executive strategies to bear against very fast-moving deal processes.
Basic Clients are served on a case-by-case basis. In these instances, our fee structure has a project-based retainer arrangement that is netted out of a final success fee. This arrangement ensures unwavering focus on successfully completing an assignment.
There are no hidden indirect fees or other miscellaneous charges.
